voucher terms.

Your experience

£295 buys one 60-minute engagement shoot with Zoe at one agreed local location in Kent, a preparation guide, and 30 edited high-resolution digital photographs delivered through a private online gallery within 14 days of the shoot. No VAT is added. This is a voucher for the stated service, rather than a stored monetary balance. It does not include a wedding booking, video, prints, additional locations or extensive retouching.

Buying and gifting

The purchaser receives the voucher by email after payment is confirmed and can print or forward it to the recipient. An optional recipient name and gift message appear on the voucher. Keep the voucher code and private voucher link safe; share them only with the intended recipient. No account or wedding date is required.

Validity and arranging a date

The shoot must take place within 12 months of purchase. The expiry date appears on the voucher. Contact Zoe through support@spacesharkweddings.co.uk or WhatsApp, quoting the voucher code and a few preferred dates. Please contact us at least six weeks before your preferred date. Weekdays and selected weekends are offered by agreement and subject to availability; buying a voucher does not reserve a date.

If you require a particular date, location, travel arrangement or accessibility provision, please contact us before purchasing. The included location is agreed with Zoe in Kent. Any optional travel or other extras must be agreed and priced separately before a date is confirmed.

Weather and changes

If the weather is unsuitable, we’ll agree a replacement date. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to rearrange. We’ll extend the voucher where our availability or weather prevents us from fulfilling it within the original validity period. If we cannot provide the agreed service, contact us to arrange an appropriate alternative or refund.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel an unused, undated voucher within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Email support@spacesharkweddings.co.uk with your order reference or voucher code and purchase email. We’ll confirm the cancellation and return the refund to the original payment method. Contact us about any other cancellation or refund request so we can review the circumstances. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Using your voucher

Each voucher covers one shoot and is redeemed once. Once a date is arranged, we record it against your voucher; rearrangements use the same code. A refunded or cancelled voucher cannot be used. Contact us if your email does not arrive or your voucher is lost.
